Massage Therapist (Independent Contractor) - Betty's Bath & Day Spa, Albuquerque
Join the established and reputable Betty's Bath & Day Spa, a haven for relaxation in Albuquerque's North Valley since 2000. We are known for our professional atmosphere, welcoming environment, and unique outdoor saltwater hot tubs. We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as an Independent Contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled massage and spa treatments to clients.
- Be available for contracted shifts, including potential one-hour lead time.
- Maintain awareness of and punctuality for scheduled appointments.
- Minimize cancellations and arrange peer coverage when necessary.
- Greet and guide clients to treatment rooms.
- Follow treatment protocols for setup, execution, and cleanup.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude and appearance.
Compensation: Competitive percentage of services rendered with all supplies and overhead costs covered, tips, and an optional paid spa training.

- Current New Mexico Massage Therapy License.
- Liability Insurance.
- Year-round availability, especially during holidays.
- 2 years of experience preferred.
- Responsible and professional demeanor.
- Minimum 2 shifts per week commitment.
