Azul Cosmetic Surgery & Medical Spa is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist for its Naples and Park Shore practices. The position offers an established patient base, a strong referral network, and the flexibility to build a practice across medical and cosmetic dermatology.
Experienced physicians and recent graduates will join a mature aesthetic platform with clinical, operational, marketing, and administrative support. The structure allows the incoming dermatologist to concentrate on patient care while developing a practice aligned with individual training and interests.

Practice profile
For more than 20 years, Azul has developed a recognized aesthetic and wellness presence in Southwest Florida. The organization has grown from one practice to six locations in Naples, Park Shore, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Lakewood Ranch.
Azul brings together physicians, injectors, aesthetic specialists, and wellness professionals across dermatology, plastic surgery, aesthetics, and wellness. That breadth creates a coordinated patient experience and a meaningful source of referrals for the incoming dermatologist.
Clinical scope
The dermatologist will evaluate and treat a broad range of skin conditions and provide preventive skin care. Cosmetic dermatology may be incorporated according to the physician’s training, interests, and long-term practice goals.
The practice is seeking a clinician who values thoughtful consultation, sound clinical judgment, and a patient experience built on trust. Interest in both medical and cosmetic dermatology is preferred.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in dermatology
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Applications are welcome from experienced physicians and recent graduates
